These are the rest of the pictures from my trip home in August...
Notice that the big thing isn't actually an insert. It's just a shell...
A couple of the kittens didn't like having Sara around. Others could not have cared less...
Sara did not really like that I was paying attention to the cats...
My dad was putting a new foundation under my brother's barn at the same time as a group of guys were putting a new roof on it...
Grant granted me permission to take his picture...
Then we played with some Legos. We were taking a bunch of people on a hayride when a horrible accident occurred. Many people were injured...
Grant was driving when the wagon overturned. Most eventually made it to the hospital and recovered from their injuries...
But somehow one ended up in the pigpen and had his hands eaten off...
Isaac was giving me a hard time. He would smile and laugh at me right up until I raised the camera to my eye. Then he'd stop...
He likes watching TV...
My brothers let me go spot lighting with them. What an adventure. Here I'm trying to figure out how to get my camera to focus when they are constantly moving the light around...
I managed to get a couple of shots of deer, but barely. It turns out that they don't even pause for does and only hesitate slightly for bucks like these. We saw a couple of bigger bucks, but then they were apparently too excited to hold the light steady. That or they were giving their sister a hard time which is more likely...
This is the pole light and a pretty good indication that the farm isn't Amish...
I followed a butterfly around for a while too...
